- Breakfast. It’s very important to take your breakfast because this will give you the energy you need for the whole day of activities. When you think of breakfast, eggs are what usually pop up on your mind. Eggs are easy to cook and can be included in your diet plan. You can make vegetable frittata, which is very healthy and delicious. Remember, you don’t need to sacrifice the taste of your food. You can always come up with healthy and yummy foods. Other foods you can eat for breakfast on your first week diet are oatmeal, cereals, breads and pancake that contain low carbohydrates, tofu and yogurt.
- Snacks. It’s time to wave junk foods goodbye. For your snacks, you can eat fresh fruits like apple or banana. These will make you feel full and these are healthy for you. You can also eat fresh vegetables with spinach dip. Sunflower seeds can also be taken for snacks. Other snacks that you can eat are nuts, cheese sticks and sugar free jello.
- Lunch. Healthy sandwich for lunch is “in” for your diet plan. Use whole wheat bread, lean meat and lettuce for your sandwich. You can also make different kinds of salad. Use dark green vegetables for your salad because these are more nutritious. Add olive oil to make your salad healthy. Check the label of the dressing that you will use for your salad. Make sure that it’s low in carbohydrate. You can also have soup making sure that it has more vegetables than meat.
- Dinner. Cook foods that are rich in protein such as grilled meat and fish. Instead of rice, eat vegetables. You can also try making baked beans and sausage, fish tacos and low carbohydrate pasta.
